Shipping
We ship to all 50 states and hope to ship internationally in the future!
Free shipping is available for all orders over $90 via USPS®. For expedited shipments, costs vary depending on the destination.
If you notice your shipping or billing address is incorrect after placing your order, please email info@andrepeat.co.
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (we do not ship on weekends or holidays). Orders placed after 12 p.m. PST on Fridays and over the weekend will be processed within 1 to 3 days from the following Monday. We will always email you an order confirmation with tracking information.
When your item is shipped, a shipping confirmation email will be sent to your email with your order. Please check your spam folder if you don’t see your shipping confirmation email from info@andrepeat.co in your inbox.
Returns
We only accept returns for unopened or unused products that are not marked as final sale.
For damaged items, you must email us at info@andrepeat.co within 10 days of receiving your product to be eligible for a refund or exchange. Please include a detailed description of the issue along with clear photos of the damage.
All other eligible returns (excluding final sale items) must be initiated within 14 days of receipt.
Once we've confirmed your return via email, you may send the product back to us. We will issue a refund for the purchase price (excluding shipping charges) once we receive the item at our warehouse. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
Please note: We do not provide return shipping labels, and refunds may take additional time due to return transit.

If your item arrives damaged, please email us at info@andrepeat.co within 10 days of receiving your product to request a refund or exchange. Be sure to include a detailed description of the issue along with clear photos of the damage.

Subscriptions
You can access and update your subscription when you login into your account on And Repeat. Once you’ve logged in, click on Manage Subscriptions, where you can add, update, or cancel your subscription.
Please note: You cannot edit your subscription the day it is set to renew. If you need to update your address, cancel, or make an edit, please do so a few days before it is set to renew.
To cancel your subscription, log into your And Repeat account and click Manage Subscriptions. Click cancel and on the following page, you will be asked to enter your reason for canceling.
